Temple Drive Families - [TDF]

The Temple Drive Families are one of the most dangerous gangs to be found in the Los Santos County. They reside in Temple and were once part of the original Orange Grove Families who shortly after split up because of internal disagreements regarding the drug trade. At that time, Temple Drive Families was born, along with the Seville Boulevard Families and Grove Street Families. In the past, Temple Drive Families were one of the most notorious gangs around LS, known for their huge rivalry with the Temple Drive Ballas down south. The Los Santos Police Department, seeing the bloodbath going on the area, increased the patrols on the west side in an attempt to diminish the violence. Fights, shootouts and drive-by shootings were already routine, and the LSPD managed to get a court warrant, making the areas of Temple and Market safe zones, meaning every individual sporting gang affiliations would be neutralized and/or arrested. As the calm was slowly restaured, one Temple OG known in the streets as "Lil Devil" got his apartment raided by a SWAT team with orders to imprison him for murder charges. After the trial, he then got transfered to the infamous San Andreas Correctional Facility, where he spent three years. Without their shotcaller, the Temple Drive Families soon fell, with its members either getting killed or already dead, several of them were arrested or had to escape town. Now free, in 1992, Lil Devil is back in Temple and trying to get old contacts and new youngins to establish the Temple Drive Families on the top once again.

Putting in work is very important in the set because it shows you're down for the neighborhood and to risk your life for the gang. Tagging, drug dealing, robbery, burglary and countless others are ways to prove yourself worthy to be in TDF. Earning respect is essential, as it is everything around the hood, but don't be around sitting ducks and waiting for an OG to tell you what to do. Have the initiative, and be creative, and it'll all pay off later on.

If you see a Balla around the hood, beat his ass up and don't stop until he's knocked out or running from Temple. Like that, it'll send a message to the rest of his homies and show them it's not easy to come here and f*ck around. Also, using guns is secondary, but depending on the situation really necessary as it can get you out of a bad situation, whether using it to scare someone or in a full fledged shootout. But use guns wisely, don't ever bring the cops in the hood.

Remember that we are family, the respect comes up first. Treat your homies with respect and remember to be proud of what you're representing. If you're an insider, always show your color, because the niggas outside show no respect to people who aren't showing what they repping. Greet your homies with the famous TDF handshake and simply show love to your fellow homeboys.

Finally, the gun-play. A lot of gangs are using guns nowadays, and Temple Drive Families is no exception. Always be ready to pack the heavy weapons like Shotguns or AK47's; if you don't know how to use them simply ask an older member, because it's a good way to create a joyful roleplay experience. Never an OG will force you to do anything with a gun, it's all up to you. We mostly use heavy weaponry in heavy missions, also known as "Original Gangsta Missions", and it's often for the revenge of a fallen homie/OG. At normal times however, we prefer carrying small weapons like Glock-17, Tec9's or Uzis.
