So here is how you put your skin mods or car mods into your SAMP.

Okay First you will download this : [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Or from [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Just press the download at the right. When it's clear download some mod pack or just an mod.

When you have download the Mod pack/mods you wanna use they will look like this: (have the mods in some special folder or on the desktop it's better then)
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Then you will go into the Spark folder and open this:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Then you open it it will look like this and then you click here and go into it open the gta3.img file:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

After clicked on that you will see all the names on the different cars/skins
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Then go into this find the skin you want to change to your mod and copy the Skin Model name like this:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

(ALWAYS HAVE THE .DFF AND .TXD STILL THERE DON'T CHANGE THAT OTHER WISE IT WONT WORK)
Then you will go back to the folder you put your skin mods and rename it to the Skin model name you copy and rename it to that name like this:
RENAME BOTH .DFF AND .TXD NOT ONLY ONE RENAME BOTH OFF THE SKIN MODEL NAME TO THE MOD.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Then you will go into the spark and search for the name like this on the top then press search:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Now you would have found the name you where looking for then you will delete them like this:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Now you would delete them and go into your mod folder and have the spark next to you like this:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Then you will drag the mods with the new name to the spark and just leave make sure they went to the spark folder by checking at the bottom off the spark and see if they are there so they will be the new for the one who was deleted:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Then double click on the save to make sure:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Then close the spark and go into your samp and take the skin you changed (you can look at the id at where you find the Skin Model Name)

HERE CAN YOU FIND SOME MODS TO DOWNLOAD

Marcus try IMG TOOL I use it and it works perfectly.Almost the same as Spark so u won't see any diffrence(except Spark is in the window mod and IMG TOOL is in that damn lil window so maybe u will have some problems if its dark in the room)
